You’ll Receive
- 4 to 8 atmospheric render views (including close-ups)
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions
- High-resolution final renders (3000px on the long side)
- Gentle Photoshop touch-up for a polished look
Technical Brief (Scope of Work)
Please send the brief as a single text file (DOC, PDF, etc.).
The more detailed it is, the fewer questions and revisions will be needed — saving time for both of us.
Make sure to include:
- Plans (as needed: as-built, furniture layout, ceiling, lighting, etc.)
- Wall elevations or moodboards/collages
- A document specifying colors, textures, materials + links to 3dsky or manufacturer’s websites
- Photos or videos of the space
- Mood references that reflect the desired atmosphere and style
Revisions
To avoid misunderstandings and project delays, I kindly ask you to approach revisions with care and responsibility:
- All revisions should be submitted as a single text file (PDF, Word, etc.).
- Up to 3 revision rounds are included. Additional revisions are charged separately.
- Each revision round should not exceed 30% of the total project volume.
(Please note: if the changes are extensive, affect large areas, and you require all views to be updated — not just a few — the rendering time may increase.) - Minor tweaks like “move the chair to the left” or “raise the wall light a bit” are made free of charge — as long as they are limited in number.
- If an issue arises due to my oversight, I’ll fix it without any additional fee.
